Paul is an enthusiastic, experienced Health & Fitness Trainer offering expert advice on exercise and health. His proven coaching techniques are motivational and pro-active to keep you focused and able to achieve your goals.

Paul has a YMCA Personal Trainer Award for fitness, nutrition and weight management and has completed the Adidas Sports Performance and Conditioning Trainer Course at Loughborough University.

As well as training over 600 private individuals over the last 12 years, Paul has trained employees in-house at the Cable & Wireless College, was Fitness Coach at the Marriot Forest of Arden Country Club training members, hotel guests and professional golfers and has ran gyms in venues such as The Wildmoor Spa in Stratford and Cannons Health Club in Warwick.

Paul prides himself on using a wide range of techniques and introducing variety into every session with every client to keep their motivation high and help them reach their personal fitness targets.
